Our Process

Seven steps,
fully accountable.

Every order moves through the same disciplined route — so you always know where your collection is, and what comes next.

End to End

One route,
from yarn to carton.

Good knitwear is the sum of many small decisions made correctly — the right yarn count, a clean linking seam, the correct wash, an honest measurement check.

We run all of them under one accountable process. Nothing is sub-let into a black box; each stage is owned, documented and visible to you. The result is consistency: the tenth thousand piece looks like the approved sample.

01

Yarn Selection

We source and approve the right fiber, count and color from trusted spinners — wool, cashmere, merino, lambswool or blends — and lock a yarn standard before a single needle moves.

02

Sample & Development

From your tech-pack or sketch we knit protos, refine fit, hand-feel and measurements over fast revision rounds, and confirm the approved sample as the reference for bulk.

03

Knitting

Computerized flat-knitting across 3–14gg — jacquard, intarsia, cable, rib, links-links and fully-fashioned shaped panels, programmed to the approved spec.

04

Linking & Making-up

Panels are linked seam by seam, trims and labels set, and garments assembled by experienced hands for a clean, durable, comfortable finish.

05

Washing & Finishing

Garments are washed, blocked and pressed to spec — softness, drape, hand-feel and final measurements all brought to standard.

06

Quality Control

Measurement, appearance and AQL-based inspection, documented and photographed for sign-off before anything is packed.

07

Packing & Delivery

Folded, tagged and packed to your guide, with export documentation and dependable global shipping by sea, air or express.

Delivered, to standard

One accountable partner from first swatch to final carton — at the quality your customers expect, on the timeline we promised.

Quality Control

Quality you can verify,
not just hope for.

Every order is checked in-line during production and again before packing. We measure against the approved spec, inspect appearance and construction, and sample to AQL.

You receive an inspection record with photographs before goods ship — so sign-off is based on evidence, not assurances.
